Refund Policy

We want you to love Good Salt. However if you’ve changed your mind, no drama. 

We offer refunds on any faulty or unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Just drop us a message at hydrationhotline@itsgoodsalt.com and we’ll help get it sorted. 

Once you get in touch, we’ll send you the return details and next steps. You’ll just need to cover the return postage. We recommend sending it back via a tracked service (because lost parcels are a pain for everyone).
